We are proud to have secured the design and management commission for a significant Daikin VRV Air Conditioning replacement project at Imperial Wharf. Imperial Wharf is a high-spec residential development featuring in excess of 900 apartments.

The project has included a detailed consultation process, in-depth surveys, design and construction phase management. Project Value: Circa £1.3Million

Ames House
We are proud to have secured the M&E services design and management commission for this prestigious high-end residential development. A 1930’s office building on St James’ Square was purchased by the Client. The lower floors were kept as office space while the 3rd and 4th floors were converted to duplex apartments. The existing 5th floor was demolished and new double-height penthouse duplexes with terraces were designed to create unique and spectacular apartments for this prestigious address.

Victory Services Club
We are proud to have secured the Mechanical services design and management commission for this high-profile refurbishment project. The Victory Services Club is a prestigious military members club in the heart of London. VSC offer accommodation, dining and respite for members of the Armed Forces.
